The guided tour
The first-run walkthrough, what it covers, and how to replay it.
The first time you open Noots, a short guided tour points out the main parts of the interface — the top navigation, where Noots live, chat, and how to start a meeting. Each step highlights a real part of the screen so you learn by looking at the actual app.
- When it runs
- Automatically on your first visit, once per user.
- Scope
- Per-person — every teammate sees it on their own first login.
- Dismiss
- Close it any time; it won't reappear on its own.
Replaying the tour
Open Settings → Help and choose Replay tour. That clears the "seen" flag for your account so the walkthrough starts again the next time you land on the home screen.
Tip
The tour is tied to your account, not the workspace — replaying it only affects you, never your teammates.
