Government & public sector extensions
FOIA Exporter, Public Read-Only Boards, and Advanced RBAC.

FOIA Exporter
A request register in Org settings → FOIA requests, and a FOIA export chip in a Noot's header that packages that project's full history in one click, as a real PDF plus structured JSON, with a content checksum.

Meetings are included as their summaries and action items, not full transcripts — the package records that a transcript exists. Two hashes are shown: a checksum of the delivered file, and one over the canonical data. They differ because a PDF stamps its own creation date, which makes the file hash legitimately non-reproducible; the data hash is the one to quote.
Public Read-Only Boards
Publishes a sanitised board to an anonymous public URL, from the Public view chip in the Noot header, with settings in Org settings → Public boards.
- Field-level exposure control — you choose which fields appear.
- Fields you don't expose are absent from the published data entirely, not merely hidden from the page.
- Internal chat and comments are never published.
- An unknown, unpublished or disabled board's URL returns "not found".

Advanced RBAC
An inter-agency guest register in Org settings → Field-level permissions: add a guest, set field-level view and edit rules, and give them a portal that enforces those rules on the server. Setting a guest's expiry to a past date closes their access with no further action.

Guest scoping is per project, not per task — a guest either sees a project's exposed fields or doesn't. And Advanced RBAC governs its own surfaces (the agency portal, public boards, FOIA packages). It does not add field-level restrictions to what ordinary members see on your normal boards.
