Summarize a thread into a Noot

Turn a conversation into filed, findable project context.

When a conversation lands on something that matters, you don't have to retype it. Noots summarizes the recent thread and files it against a project.

  1. 1Use the Summarize to a Noot button in the thread header, or type /summarize.
  2. 2If exactly one Noot is pinned to the conversation, that's the target. Otherwise you're asked which project to file it under.
  3. 3Review and confirm.
There is no pop-up asking to summarize

Noots used to interrupt busy threads offering to summarize them. That's gone. Summarizing happens when you ask for it — the header button or /summarize, nothing else.

One nudge does remain, and it's a different thing: if a thread keeps naming a project nobody has linked, Noots offers to link it. That's a one-click change to where /summarize would file things, not an AI call on every message.
